§ 70-205. Outside groups.

(a)

Any outside group contracting with the City of Haltom City to use all or any part of a recreation facility for any purpose whatsoever may contain nonresidents.

(b)

Any such outside group must, in contracting to use the recreation facility, comply with any and all conditions and policies promulgated by City of Haltom City, or its duly authorized representative.
