Chapter 70. PARKS, RECREATION AND CULTURAL FACILITIES |
Article V. RECREATION CENTER USE |
§ 70-206. Violation; penalty.
(a)
Any person who fails to prove that he is a resident in accordance with section 70-202, and who remains in or around the particular recreation center after being requested to leave and depart from the premises by the person in charge of same, or by any police officer of the Haltom City Police Department on behalf of the person in charge, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)
Any person who falsely holds himself out to the person in charge of the recreation facility to be a resident of the City of Haltom City in an attempt to gain access for the purpose of using all or any part of the recreation facility shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(c)
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not exceeding $200.00.
