§ 70-2. Publicly owned properties—Glass, food and/or beverage containers prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to possess glass, food and/or beverage containers on any publicly owned property designated and dedicated for park and recreational purposes at any time of the day or night.

(b)

The terms of this section shall not apply to food or beverage containers utilized for storage in a related concession stand or other city-owned or franchised concession operation, provided that the containers are not available or distributed to the public.
