§ 62-139. Permit revocation.

(a)

The city secretary shall revoke a permit if it is determined that:

(1)

The garage sale is not being conducted in accordance with this article or with any ordinances or laws of the city or state;

(2)

Any statement made in the application is untrue; or

(3)

The applicant falsely certified to the statements required by section 62-132.
