§ 46-1. Hospital authority—Created, powers.

There is hereby created a hospital authority for the city, to be known as the "Haltom City Hospital Authority." The hospital authority shall comprise all of the territory within the boundaries of the city and shall be invested with all of the powers and rights granted by V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 262 and further shall be bound and governed by the terms of such chapter.
