§ 46-2. Same—Number of directors, terms.

The hospital authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of nine members. Each of the directors is appointed for a term of two years and until their successors are duly appointed and qualified, subject however, to terms of V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code § 262.012.
