§ 11.23. Review and appeal of promotional examination.

(a)

On request, each eligible promotional candidate from the fire or police department is entitled to review the questions that were marked as incorrect on their promotional examination, and the source material for the examination. The candidate may appeal test questions he/she believes have been marked as wrong in error, within five business days from the date of the test, to the Commission for review in accordance with this article.

(b)

The eligible promotional candidate may not remove the examination or copy a question used in the examination.
