§ 98-99. Sewer tap fees—Residential.

The city water and sewer department shall collect a tap-on charge as outlined in Appendix C, Fee Schedule, for each residential unit sewer connection. Such charge shall be collected from each applicant for sewer service prior to connection to the sewer system and prior to furnishing water or sewer service to the residential unit in question.
