§ 98-98. Same—Duration.

Any such permit issued shall remain in force only so long as the owner of the property, and the applicant therefor, shall comply with the regulations prescribed for the use of the sewer system. The city shall have the right to discontinue sewer service to such property, if any part of water or sewer regulations of the city are violated.
