§ 98-120. Same—Protection of users of streets, conformance to specifications.

Proper barriers and lights must be maintained by the property owner or plumber in the city streets to guard the public against accidents during the progress of work; all line construction

shall conform to city construction specifications in force and available at the office of the director of water and sewer department.
