§ 86-9. Same—Performance by city.

In the event that such property owner fails or refuses to comply with such order, the city shall be authorized to enter upon such premises and remove such trees, brush, other vegetation or debris. The cost to the city of removing same shall become a charge against the property and shall be billed and collected with the current year's taxes against the property.
