§ 86-8. Same—Issuance of order.

If in the opinion of the public works superintendent there are trees, brush, other vegetation or debris which will substantially interfere with the free flow of water in either of such creeks, he shall issue an order to the owner of such property to remove such trees, brush, other vegetation or debris within 15 days.
