§ 78-36. Performance standards.

No used automobile sales lot or mobile home sales lot shall hereby be operated in the city except in a C-2 general business district through M-2 general industrial district, in compliance with the following performance standards: Before a permit will be issued to operate any automobile sales yard or mobile home sales yard in the city, the location shall be inspected and approved by the building and zoning department. Any such location shall have a permanent office building and off-street parking. All the lot surface shall be paved with HMAC (hot mix asphaltic concrete) or a plant bituminous or cement treated base or Portland concrete.
