§ 78-37. Existing nonconforming lots; compliance.

Latest version.

All used automobile lots and mobile home sale lots located within the city limits and currently operating as such shall be accepted as nonconforming lots. All nonconforming lots not presently being actively used as used auto lots or mobile home sales lots shall comply with all of the above performance standards before commencing operation.
