§ 62-137. Signs.

(a)

Signs advertising a garage sale may only be posted in compliance with the requirements of chapter 82 of this Code.

(b)

A person conducting a garage sale shall place the sign issued by the city in the front yard of the dwelling at which the sale is to be conducted, not less than five feet nor more than 15 feet from the curb or roadway pavement, whichever exists, in a manner so that the sign is clearly visible from the street.
