§ 62-134. Conditions of permit.

A person conducting a garage sale shall comply with the following regulations:
(1)

The sale of merchandise shall be restricted to the permitted premises only (as defined by the property line);

(2)

No new merchandise acquired for resale shall be permitted;

(3)

The duration of each garage sale shall not exceed three consecutive calendar days; and

(4)

No person may hold or receive a permit for a garage sale at the same address more than four times in any 12-month period. If more than one person joins in requesting a permit, such permit shall be considered as having been issued for each and all of such residence addresses.
