§ 54-11. Same—Applications for original and renewal.

(a)

Application for original licenses shall be in writing, signed by the applicant, accompanied by an affidavit of the applicant as to the truth of the application and by the deposit of the license fee hereinafter provided, and shall contain: the name and address of the applicant; the location and legal description of the park; and a site plan of the park showing all mobile home or travel trailer spaces, structures, roads, walkways and other service facilities.

(b)

Applications for renewals of licenses shall be made in writing by the licensee and shall contain any change in the information submitted since the original license was issued or the latest renewal granted.
