§ 54-10. Park license—Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any mobile home park or travel trailer park within the city unless he holds a valid license issued annually by the building official in the name of such person for the specific park. All applications for licenses shall be made to the building official, who shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with the applicable provisions of this chapter.
