§ 2-56. Removal from committee.

Members of ad hoc committees shall serve at the will and pleasure of the city council and may be removed with or without cause pursuant to the procedures set forth in section 2-38. Committee members appointed by the city council at large may be removed upon the favorable vote of at least five council members.
