§ 11.09. Decisions and records.

  • (a)

    Each concurring Commission member shall sign a decision issued by the Commission.

    (b)

    Records of each hearing or case that comes before the Commission shall be forwarded by the Director to the Human Resources Department to be maintained in accordance with established records retention policies of the City.

    (c)

    Each rule, opinion, directive, decision, or order issued by the Commission must be written and constitutes a public record that the Director shall retain on file in accordance with retention requirements. Such records shall be available to the public as provided in the Texas Public Information Act (or successor law).
