§ 98-517. Updates to plan and revision of fees.

The city shall review the land use assumptions and capital improvement plans for water and sanitary sewer facilities at least every five years, the first five-year period to commence from the date of adoption of the capital improvement plans referenced herein. The city council shall accordingly then make a determination of whether changes to the land use assumptions, capital improvement plans or impact fees are needed and shall, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 395, either update the land use assumptions, capital improvement plans and impact fees or make a determination that no update is necessary.
