§ 98-507. Capital improvement plans.

The capital improvement plans for the city are hereby adopted as two separate components: A sanitary sewer capital improvement plan and a water capital improvement plan. The capital improvement plans are set forth in exhibit "B" to this article. The capital improvement plans may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 395.
