§ 98-504. Impact fees as conditions of development approval.

No application for new development shall be approved within the city without assessment of impact fees pursuant to this article, and no water and sanitary sewer tap shall be issued and no building permit shall be issued unless the applicant or builder has paid the impact fees imposed by and calculated hereunder.
