§ 98-311. Rules and regulations.

The approving authority may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this article and protect the public from health and safety hazards. The approving authority may amend any permit issued hereunder to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
