§ 98-420. Backflow prevention assembly tester certification registration required.

Only approved TNRCC licensed backflow prevention assembly testers can test in the city. Testers must register annually with the regulatory authority, provide proof of TNRCC certification, provide proof that testing equipment is able to maintain a calibration of plus or minus 0.2 psid accuracy and pay an annual, nonrefundable, tester registration fee (see Cross-Connection Control Fees).
