§ 98-96. Same—Compliance with plumbing code.

A permit to make a connection with the sewer system or for a continuation of sewer service will be issued only when the plumbing in the house to be connected and drained is in accordance with the provisions for plumbing, as are provided in the plumbing code, and has been inspected and approved by the city plumbing inspector.
