§ 98-115. Same—Interference with equipment.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, tamper or in any way injure any of the pipes, valves, drains, works, or sewer plant equipment belonging to or connected with the sewer system of the city, or to place any substance whatever into any sink, water closet, bathtub, vessels, drains or other receptacles belonging to or connected with said sewer system which may obstruct or injure or disrupt operations of the sewage treatment plant and system.
