§ 98-62. Same—Laying pipe.

All persons connecting with the city water system shall be required to use copper pipe up to two inches in size. All pipes two inches or smaller shall be laid not less than 18 inches below the surface of the ground, except in ungraded streets where the grade is already established the pipes shall be laid at least 18 inches below the established grade.
