§ 98-42. Service line maintenance.

Latest version.

All water service lines between the main and the meter shall be maintained by and at the expense of the city. If a meter is not set at the end of the lead service, the service lines and connections between the end of the lead service and the meter shall be maintained by the city, but the actual cost of said maintenance shall be charged to the consumer.
