§ 98-9. Street repairs resulting from connections; cost.

Latest version.

All costs for street repairs related to water and sewer cuts will be based upon cost plus 15 percent and is not included in tap fee. All street repair costs will be based upon streets being repaired in accord with Haltom City Standard Specifications.
