§ 94-106. Removal of Wreckage and Debris.

(a)

Each wrecker service company called to the scene of a collision shall completely remove from the street all resulting wreckage or debris, including all broken glass, before leaving the collision site.

(b)

Each wrecker service company called to the scene of a collision shall also be responsible for the absorption and removal of all liquid spills of 25 gallons or less. All liquid that is removed from collision scenes in the City shall be properly contained, stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.
