§ 90-123. Obstructing vision at crossings.

Railway trains, parts of trains, and cars and locomotives shall not be left standing or in a motionless position so near to public crossing as to obscure the vision of persons upon said crossings and prevent such persons from being able to see approaching trains, or parts thereof, or locomotives, for a distance of 35 yards in either direction of such crossings.
