§ 86-49. Standard specifications adopted.

Latest version.

"Standard Specifications for Paving Projects" and "Haltom City Standard Specifications for Street Improvements in Subdivisions," dated September 14, 1964, are hereby adopted for use by all persons paving any dedicated public street, alley or thoroughfare in the city. No paving upon any such public street, alley or thoroughfare shall be done unless the standard specifications are complied with. Such standard specifications hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference shall be kept at all times in the office of the city manager.
