§ 86-44. Responsibility for street repairs; special specifications.

The licensee or plumbing contractor shall be held responsible for the actual work in cutting, removing and repairing street surfaces and must be done pursuant to "City of Haltom City, Texas, Special Specifications Removing and Replacing Street Surfaces," marked exhibit "A" and attached to Ordinance Number 758, on file in the city secretary's office, and made a part hereof the same as if set out verbatim.
