§ 78-75. Gross receipts tax imposed.

A two-percent gross receipt tax is hereby imposed upon the conduct of bingo games within this municipality. The tax shall be paid to the city secretary by the person or organization conducting each operation pursuant to the terms of the state statute governing bingo. Reporting procedures shall be governed by such state.
