§ 70-201. Definitions.

[As used in this article, the following words and terms shall have the meaning ascribed thereto:]

Resident. Any person who lives within and whose dwelling house and home is located within the corporate city limits of Haltom City, Texas.

Nonresident. Any person who does not live within and whose dwelling house and home is not located within the corporate city limits of Haltom City, Texas.

Free play. Any activities held in the gymnasium, game room or lobby area of a recreation center which is not directly supervised, structured, or limited as to number of participants, by the director of parks and recreation or his duly authorized representative.

Outside group. Any organization or group of persons contracting with the City of Haltom City to use the recreation facility.
