§ 70-142. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and the person shall be fined as provided in section 1-5, and each day's failure or refusal to comply with the said provisions will constitute a separate offense, and in case of wilful or continued violations by any person the city shall have power to revoke any license under which said person may be acting, and revoke all permits, privileges and franchises granted to said person.
