§ 6-14. Violations, corporations, partnerships and associations.

(a)

A person, corporation, partnership or other association commits an offense hereunder by commission or omission of any provision of this chapter that imposes upon such person or entity a duty or responsibility.

(b)

In addition to prohibiting or requiring certain conduct of individuals, it is the intent of this chapter to hold a corporation, partnership or other association criminally responsible for acts or omissions performed by an agent acting on behalf of the corporation, partnership or other association and within the scope of his employment.
