Any person who, while on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, cafeteria or other
food establishment, public or private, shall use loud and vociferous, or obscene,
vulgar or indecent language or swear or curse or yell or shriek in a manner calculated
to disturb any person present at such place, shall be punished as provided in section 1-5.
