It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to bring on the premises
of any drive-in restaurant, cafeteria or other food establishment, public or private,
any alcoholic beverage and attempt to consume or consume same with or without the
purchase of any food on the premises of such drive-in restaurant, cafeteria or other
food establishment, public or private.
