§ 66-87. Establishments declared public places.

  • For the purpose of preserving public peace, health and safety, the entire premises occupied by a drive-in restaurant, cafeteria or other food establishment, public or private, together with the means of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, are declared to be of a public place.
