§ 66-86. Definitions.

  • As used in this article the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them:

    Cafeteria and other food establishments: Any restaurant, where food is served and consumed by patrons inside such restaurant, whether it be at a table or booth.

    Drive-in restaurant: Any restaurant where meals, sandwiches, cold drinks, beverages, ice cream or other food is served directly to or is permitted to be consumed by patrons in vehicles parked on the premises.
