§ 66-8. Same—Identification card.

The tax assessor and collector shall at the same time give to such owner or person in charge or control of such bicycle an identification card, which shall be carried at all times by the person in charge thereof when the bicycle is in use, having upon it the identification number assigned to the owner and a brief description of such bicycle.
