§ 66-24. Visibility from street of movies containing human nudity.

(a)

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to exhibit or show a moving picture which contains scenes of human nudity which can be seen from a public street, within the city limits of the city.

(b)

Human nudity shall mean showing moving pictures of the bare breasts, bare genital organs or bare buttocks of a human female. It shall also mean the bare buttocks or genital organs of a human male.

(c)

Any person, firm or corporation violating any portion of this ordinance [section] shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not in excess of $200.00. Each day of violation shall be a separate offense.
