§ 66-20. Police—Obstructing or resisting generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or wilfully in any manner, or by
or with the assistance of any instrument or device, obstruct, resist or oppose any
officer or member of the police department of the city, or any special policeman of
the city, or any person having police powers by authority of the city, or any person
called to the assistance of any member of the police force, special policeman, or
other person having such police powers while in the discharge of the duties of their
respective offices.
