§ 66-19. Same—Failure to comply with notice.

In the event that such violation continues to exist after receiving the notice above referred to, in excess of 24 hours, such person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined as provided in section 1-5. Each additional day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
