§ 66-17. Same—Definition.

  • For the purpose of sections 66-16, 66-18 and 66-19, the term, "obscene literature" is defined as writings, printed material, drawings, photographs, or any combination thereof, which is offensive from a moral standpoint, to a person of ordinary sensibilities.
