§ 62-266. Enforcement.

Any City enforcement personnel may enforce the provisions of this Article. Additionally, the Haltom City Police Department may enforce the offenses listed in Section 62-251, which occur on the premises of a sexually oriented business at any time the establishment is occupied or open for business.
