§ 62-262. Additional regulations for adult theaters and adult motion picture theaters.
(a)
An operator shall not employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to appear in a state of nudity, seminudity, or simulated nudity for customers on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.
(b)
A person commits an offense if he knowingly allows a person under the age of eighteen (18) to appear in a state of nudity, seminudity, or simulated nudity in or on the premises of an adult motion picture theater.
(c)
A person under the age of eighteen (18) commits an offense if he/she appears in a state of nudity, seminudity, or simulated nudity for customers' on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.
(d)
It is a defense to prosecution under this subsection if the person under eighteen (18) years was in a restroom not open to public view or persons of the opposite sex.
(e)
The premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater shall be equipped with overhead lighting fixtures of sufficient intensity to illuminate every place to which customers are permitted access at an illumination of not less than one footcandle as measured at the floor level. The licensee commits an offense if he permits illumination of any area of the premises to which customers have access to be less than one footcandle.
