§ 62-254. Hours of operation.

(a)

A sexually oriented business shall not be open to the public or allow customers or patrons to enter or remain within the premises of a sexually oriented business during the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on any day of the week.

(b)

Hours of operation may not conflict with any other federal, state or city laws, rules or regulations.

(c)

This regulation shall not apply to adult motels.
